Prof. Rumki Basu, Head of the Centre for Public Policy and Governance, delivered the keynote address at the 7th Annual International Conference on Digital Transformation in Public Policy: Problems and Prospects, held on September 14, 2024, at Bidhan Chandra College, Rishra.

Organized by the Bengal Institute of Political Studies, Kolkata, in collaboration with the Department of Political Science & IQAC of Bidhan Chandra College, Rishra, this conference aimed to explore the challenges and opportunities presented by digital transformation in public policy.
