Prof. Rumki Basu attended ASPA2025, an enriching conference that fostered critical discussions on democracy, governance, and public administration. As part of the session Public Service Innovations: Transforming Governance, Infrastructure & Inclusion on March 28, 2025, Prof. Basu presented Financial Inclusion through Digital Governance: A Case Study of India’s Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (2019-2024), analyzing the impact of digital governance on financial inclusion in India.
