On October 30–31, 2025, Prof. Rumki Basu attended the 69th Members’ Annual Conference and the 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA). Centered on the theme “Emerging Trends in Public Policy and Public Administration,” the conference served as a vital forum for fellow members and experts to engage in insightful discussions regarding the shifting paradigms of governance.
