Annual Lecture by Shri V. Srinivas, IAS on 1st December 2023

The Centre for Public Policy and Governance and the TOHRI Foundation jointly organized The Annual Lecture for 2023, themed “Towards Transformative Governance: New Paradigms”. The keynote address was delivered by V Srinivas IAS, a prominent figure in Indian administration, currently serving as Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and the Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare. He holds the additional charge of Director General of the National Centre for Good Governance. His insights into public administration and governance reforms were central to the lecture, providing valuable perspectives on the path towards a more effective and responsive governance system.
